An Artist's Creative Space continued...  Any of you wondering where I've been? I've been doing this...

Posted previously: I love to keep my hands busy and I love to challenge myself.  Throughout my evolution as an artist,  my art has taken many forms using a variety of materials and techniques. The need for a workspace that accommodates all of my creative interests has been a dream of mine for many years.  I'm am excited to share that after many years of working in multiple art forms, I will soon have a studio that is designed so that I have a work area for all of my artistic passions : Jewelry, Lampworking, Glass Fusing, and Pottery... and without having to shuffle materials to work in different media, which wastes time, energy, and creative momentum.

The studio is well underway.  So far, with the help of my family we have built a new wall, insulated, repaired a beam in the access attic, installed a new ceiling, wired for task lighting, hung drywall, taped & mudded the drywall, and are hoping to install the window & door this weekend, weather permitting.  If this all goes well, I will be able to finish the insulation on the new window wall and complete the final drywall steps.

Updates:  Installed the window, siding and door, to the outside wall,  and then insulated and drywalled the inside wall. This weekend,  I'm working on finishing the mudding and painting.

Where in the World are my READERS?

Maybe I crossed paths with one of you this summer, in Venice?
READERS:
I have been pondering this for well over 6 months. As I do not consider myself a talented writer, I am amazed at the number of people who read this blog. It is an experiment for me, and I am constantly changing it's format.  I've only been posting consistently for about 1 year and at present, have 3906 views. With only a few commenting from time to time, I am curious about who finds my blog and actually reads it.

My stats indicate that viewers from more than 30 countries and 6 continents are represented!
So who are you?

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
What country are you from?
Do you live in a rural area or city?
What is your favorite form of art?
What is your occupation?
How did you find my Blog?
What interested you when you found it?
Did/Does it interest you enough to come back?
What would encourage you to follow his blog?

Please share in the comments box below or contact by email in the box to the right.
Thanks! I'm looking forward to hearing from some of you very soon!
